Do you have a chord or a passage that you are finding difficult? Firstly, if you have a teacher, speak to them about it. You may be doing something wrong.
If you aren't studying with a teacher right now the best thing you can do is to look very closely at an image or a video of an experienced player playing to chord and try to see if your hands look differently to theirs. Test slightly different hand postures and positions to see if there is an easier position for you to play the chord in.
Remember too, you will get some pain in your hands just because your fingers aren't used to it yet.
